My approach is grounded in both person-centred and psychodynamic therapies, which means I offer a non-judgmental, empathic and reflective space where your experiences are truly heard, respected and valued. Our time together is about creating a supportive environment where you can explore whatever feels important to you - whether that’s understanding past experiences and relationships or making sense of what feels challenging right now.

Although my practice is grounded in these therapeutic traditions, I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Every person is unique, and I adapt my approach to meet you where you are - supporting what you need at this stage in your life.

My approach includes:

  • A focus on your unique experience - there’s no fixed agenda

  • Integrating insights from your early life and relationships to understand current struggles

  • Supporting you in building greater self-awareness, self-acceptance, and emotional resilience

  • Developing practical strategies to help with everyday challenges

  • Working collaboratively at a pace that feels safe and right for you

Practical information:

  • Session Length: Each session lasts 50 minutes.

  • Frequency: Weekly sessions are most common, though we can discuss and tailor the frequency to best suit your needs and preferences during our initial consultation.

  • Format: All sessions are held through online via Zoom, providing you with the flexibility to connect from the comfort of your own chosen space. I’m based in the Isle of Man, although I work with clients throughout the UK.

If you have any questions about how I work or about therapy in general, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
